The PR Plumbing team was extremely responsive throughout the process, was super quick to source the best new water heater for me, and then installed it in record time. From the first call to completion of installation, it was only 72 hours!!! Other companies I called weren’t even able to provide quotes in that timeline. Robert and Bailey were very friendly and professional, answered all my questions and did a great job with the installation. Can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Robert and Bailey fixed my annoying leak in my kitchen and replaced pipes and hoses. They both were very friendly and explained everything perfectly. It's now working like new. I called at 11:30 a.m. for an emergency water leak in the basement. The plumber arrived at 12:45 p.m., took care of the issue, cleaned after his work, and charged a reasonable price. The plumber was professional, courteous, and a down-to-earth gentleman. He explained everything and did an excellent job.
